Oil and gas pipelines transport a variety of materials over long distances. Sometimes the pipes break, dispersing liquids or gases into the environment.
Toutine inspections allow you tu detect leaks well in advance, but they are challenging operations to conduct along the many miles of pipeline, often in remote areas.
Thermographic technology, combined with AI programming, meets this need, you quickloy check the pipes for leaks, on site and remotely with the use of SmartDrones.
The GlobsitSmartDrones-Gas detection service provides for an autonomous punctual analysis of the concentration of flammable gases. At the end is generated a report with the results of the timely surveys in the designated area. The report will contain the calibration certification, the manufacturer’s ISO 9001:2015 certification together with a decalogue of comp0liance with the IEC 60079 standard.

SmartDrones can easily inspect both above-ground and underground pipes, looking for liquid leaks, insulation problems or other malfunctions. They are in fact equipped with precision sensors that allow the detection of corroded areas along the pipeline.
GSD-GAS DETECTION, not only allows a quick and thorough inspection of the piping infrastructure, but also allows you to quickly evaluate information and communicate critical issues to a control room to plan corrective interventions. All data will in fact be assisted in a cloud dashboard, accessible to the customer from PC, tablet and smartphone, and from which it is possible to consult and download the report in pdf.
